Job Summary

Lead Circle’s end-to-end regional marketing strategy across MEA as the primary partner to the Managing Director. Translate regional priorities into actionable go-to-market plans that drive growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Localize GTM strategies, messaging, and programs with global teams, coordinate with Sales/Business Development/Revenue leaders, manage budgets and performance reporting, and ensure compliant execution in a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Managing Director, translating regional commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans.
•Drive planning and coordination of regional go-to-market initiatives supporting customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and market expansion across MEA.
•Develop and localize GTM strategies, messaging, and programs aligned to global frameworks and regional market requirements.
•Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue leaders to ensure marketing supports end-to-end commercial objectives.
•Manage regional marketing planning, budgets, and performance reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulatory, legal, and brand requirements.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of marketing experience with ownership of regional or multi-market initiatives, preferably across MEA.
•Support senior regional leaders and translate commercial strategy into executable go-to-market programs.
•Strong understanding of MEA market dynamics, including regulatory, cultural, and commercial differences.
•Develop and localize GTM strategies, messaging, and programs in partnership with global marketing and product teams.
•Experience defining KPIs, measuring marketing impact, and optimizing based on insights; manage marketing budgets and forecasts with finance partnership.
