Operate and maintain feed haul trucks, perform equipment inspections, and deliver loads as directed while preserving product quality. Coordinate with feed mill personnel, live production teams, and farm staff to ensure accurate documentation and clear communication. Follow transportation regulations, biosecurity protocols, housekeeping schedules, and required PPE to help maintain bird health and supply chain reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate feed haul trucks safely and efficiently.
•Conduct equipment inspections per company guidelines and report issues to the supervisor.
•Operate trucks to maintain product quality and integrity.
•Communicate effectively with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors regarding farm conditions and other relevant information.
•Maintain equipment and keep trucks and work areas clean, neat, and orderly; deliver each load as directed, following housekeeping schedules and using required PPE.

Key Requirements

•Have 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
•Pass drug and alcohol testing; a positive test in the previous 5 years makes you not eligible.
•Communicate effectively, follow written and verbal directions, and drive a truck safely while following driving and traffic rules.
•Lift 50 lbs. or more.
•Be able to operate a manual CMV and maintain good hand-eye coordination.
