Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the AFEMEA strategy, including annual strategic planning and longer-term strategic roadmap.
  • •Lead the AFEMEA transformation agenda, maintaining an integrated view of initiatives and ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.
  • •Build and maintain best practices for strategy development and transformation portfolio management, including scenario planning and prioritisation.
  • •Manage the strategy function budget and resource allocation while tracking progress against strategic objectives and milestones.
  • •Support mergers & acquisitions by evaluating acquisition and partnership opportunities and assessing strategic fit and value creation potential.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or corporate development, ideally with a leading strategy consulting background.
  • •Proven experience leading complex, high-impact strategic or transformation programmes.
  • •Experience working directly with senior executives in a multi-country context.
  • •Strong background in growth strategy, portfolio assessment, and business case development.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with strong communication and storytelling.
