Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor/distribution/partnership agreements.
  • •Partner with business leadership, product, operations, and finance to support enterprise deals and strategic initiatives.
  • •Advise on product development and launches by identifying legal risks and developing practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • •Develop expertise in evolving areas including telecommunications, consumer protection, privacy, FDA/DEA, veterinary practice laws, pharmacy laws, ecommerce, and marketplace regulation.
  • •Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for product, engineering, operations, and business teams while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of legal experience, including experience at a top-tier law firm.
  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • •Strong commercial contracting experience, particularly with SaaS and technology enterprise customers.
  • •Excellent drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills.
  • •Experience advising high-growth technology and regulated businesses, with strong attention to detail.
