Associate Systems Administrator (R5436)

Provide day-to-day enterprise end-user IT support and systems administration, with a strong focus on white-glove service for executive users and VIP needs. Support endpoints and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux, administer identity and access via Active Directory and Azure AD, manage device lifecycles, and maintain asset and software licensing records. Triage incidents and service requests, document SOPs/knowledge base content, and partner with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
