Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement strategy, execution, integration, and continuous process improvement for worldwide field support within the PMO.
  • •Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from customer requirements through procurement closeout and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Integrate procurement activities across supply chain, property management, engineering, maintenance, transportation, contracts, finance, SAO, vendors, and government stakeholders.
  • •Develop and standardize procurement processes, procedures, best practices, and procurement documentation (SOPs and internal process materials).
  • •Lead procurement risk identification, mitigation, performance tracking/reporting, and internal assessments with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
  • •8+ years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, acquisition, or program operations.
  • •Experience leading procurement operations supporting Department of War programs.
  • •Experience developing procurement processes and driving operational improvements, including integration across multiple functional organizations.
  • •Ability to independently lead projects from planning through implementation and meet fast-paced operational requirements.
