Key Responsibilities

•Own Regional Partnerships with white-label loyalty program partners; lead a team and set direction for growth and optimization within a designated region
•Grow existing partnerships by analyzing data at macro and micro levels, identifying trends, and unlocking new growth opportunities
•Establish team and partner KPIs to guide success measurements and report on progress
•Negotiate commercial terms with partners and support contract reviews with legal teams to align incentives
•Partner with product and engineering to define and deliver product features, tests, enhancements, and launches, ensuring clear communication between partners and internal teams

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant experience in B2B2C partner management or travel, with a track record of leading and growing a team
•Proven experience guiding partnerships strategy, negotiations, and driving measurable results
•Strong ability to lead meetings and present to executives and external stakeholders, including C-suite
•Customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable partnerships and solutions
•Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; SQL knowledge is a plus
