Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development, and regular 1:1s.
  • •Own project delivery for quarterly plans and be accountable for reliability and performance targets (e.g., uptime and latency).
  • •Review technical designs and code, and address technical quality through incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems within SLA/metrics.
  • •Partner with product and business stakeholders to maintain a realistic prioritized backlog and drive high completion rates.
  • •Ensure engineering processes are implemented (e.g., FDLC) and adopt AI tooling across the team to support SDLC artifacts.
