Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capacity and resource planning across multiple portfolios, programs, and delivery teams supporting the healthcare customer.
  • •Consolidate current and future demand and build short-, medium-, and long-term capacity forecasts from pipelines, ramp plans, and demand signals.
  • •Own and govern end-to-end resource fulfilment, including tracking open demands, ageing, critical positions, and coordinating with workforce management, talent acquisition, and vendors.
  • •Establish cross-portfolio capacity and fulfilment governance, facilitate reviews with leadership, and identify opportunities for resource redeployment.
  • •Develop dashboards (e.g., demand vs. capacity, fulfilment rate, time to fulfil) and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, technology delivery, or large-scale managed services organizations.
  • •8+ years in capacity planning, resource management, workforce management, demand management, or fulfilment management.
  • •Mandatory healthcare domain experience, including experience supporting large healthcare customers or healthcare technology environments.
  • •5+ years managing resource demand and capacity across multiple portfolios and programs simultaneously.
  • •Strong knowledge of IT delivery models, resource planning/utilization, and the ability to translate complex demand/capacity data into actionable recommendations.
