Job Summary

  • •Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating issues.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift, keeping the team safe and productive and serving as the daily escalation point.
  • •Support and improve operations by contributing ideas to enhance quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Able to lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent; college diploma preferred but not required.
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, with flexibility across shifts as needed.
