Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 4 years of experience in traffic engineering design and traffic analysis, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Engineer-in-Training certification in either PA, WV, DE.
  • •6 years’ experience developing traffic and ITS plans and performing traffic analysis (via internships and/or work experience).
  • •Professional Engineer license in either PA, WV, DE, or ability to obtain in 6 months.
  • •Experience with Synchro and HCS traffic analysis software, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
