Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while representing the brand on the sales floor. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive revenue with cross-selling and upselling, and meet individual and team KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and follow retail policies and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, including public holidays).
