Work with the estimating team on real construction bids by supporting quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, bid preparation, and project documentation. Help identify available opportunities, support bid proposals and cost breakdown spreadsheets, maintain estimate files, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate project information.

Key Responsibilities

•Request material and subcontractor quotes and gather subcontractor and supplier pricing for bids.
•Run Agtek for earthwork takeoffs and support quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
•Use bid-opportunity platforms to identify available projects and support bid proposals, cost breakdowns, and bid documentation.
•Utilize HCSS to price projects once required information is gathered and download project documents.
•Review drawings/specifications to determine scope requirements, attend pre-bid meetings/site visits as needed, and maintain organized estimate files/logs.
