Maintain CarMax vehicle inventory and support customer-ready vehicle quality by receiving and securing shipped vehicles, keeping lots clean and organized, and preparing title packets for transfers. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, keeping display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute the photo station process for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on/off the lot as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.65 - 23.22 hourly

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.

•Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
