Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove birds off the belt and transfer them to a moving shackle line where they are placed and hung by the hock.
  • •Lift birds (up to 15 lbs) and suspend them until properly hung on the shackle.
  • •Work from an elevated, stationary platform while following the procedure for accurate placement.
  • •Perform repetitive use of both hands, arms, and wrist as required by the line pace.
  • •Stand, reach, lift, and pull (downward) while maintaining safe, efficient work.
