Job Summary

Join Grafana Labs as a Senior Solutions Engineer on the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team to educate customers, deliver demos and enablement, and partner with Sales to close opportunities. You’ll own technical engagements, deliver presentations, provide feedback to Product, and help drive Grafana’s value proposition in a remote, high-growth environment.

•Join as an early member of a high growth team working together to solve technical and customer problems the right way
•Partner with our Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
•Own the technical engagement with customers and help to close high-velocity opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
•Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
•Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on our products and the competitive landscape

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
•Strong written and oral communication skills to articulate Grafana's value proposition and technical advantages
•Experience delivering product and technical presentations, demos, and enablement to customers
•Ability to partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and close high-velocity deals
•Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working in a remote-first, international team environment
