Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, distribution boards, control panels, and building electrical services.
  • •Support routine inspections of electrical equipment and report defects, abnormalities, and safety concerns.
  • •Assist with troubleshooting and repairs by helping identify faults and supporting replacement of lamps, ballasts, LED drivers, switches, sockets, breakers, contactors, and relays.
  • •Assist in installation and minor works such as cable pulling/dressing/termination preparation, conduit installation, trunking works, equipment mounting, and installation/replacement of lighting fixtures and power accessories.
  • •Follow electrical safety procedures, permit-to-work and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements, ensure PPE use and housekeeping, and support maintenance checklists and service records.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI, Trade Certificate, or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade.
  • •Basic understanding of electrical maintenance practices and safety procedures.
  • •1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, building maintenance, construction, or Facilities Management services.
  • •Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and building services.
  • •Ability to use common electrical hand tools and basic testing equipment, with understanding of electrical safety practices and PPE requirements.
