Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct daily activities of lot personnel and the lot operations function to ensure efficient staging and moving of vehicles.
  • •Coordinate vehicle flow from check-in to sale lanes, ensuring vehicles are received, stocked-in, numerated, and parked correctly.
  • •Supervise daily operations of the check-in area by coordinating workflows across sale lot drivers, check-in personnel, lane captains, and other staff.
  • •Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment; monitor lot damage and review/resolution with the Operations Manager.
  • •Lead safety commitment and enforce company policies; plan, monitor, evaluate performance, and assist with counseling and discipline as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience in an automotive shop or similar field.
  • •1+ year of experience in management, supervisory, or lead roles.

  • •Strong communication and interaction skills, with competent supervisory and organizational skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
