Job Summary

Support the sales organization by delivering deep technical expertise and trusted-adviser guidance to customers and partners. You’ll articulate F5’s product strategy and value proposition, lead solution design/demos and proof of concepts, and partner with the Account Manager to drive the sales process through technical decision makers. Focus on secure multi-cloud architectures and application security while providing world-class customer service across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for customers.
•Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, and positioning aligned to customer business objectives.
•Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structure for solution delivery.
•Drive the sales process with the Account Manager by identifying technical decision makers and securing technical validation, support, and sponsorship.
•Deliver consistent world-class customer service throughout the customer life cycle.

•BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
•10+ years of related industry experience.
•Advanced F5 solution knowledge and experience with key competitor offerings.
•Expertise in secure multi-cloud architectures and experience with two or more public/private cloud vendors and automation toolsets.
•Proficiency in containerized/microservices architecture and container orchestration solutions (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes).
