Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend and facilitate end-to-end structured change management initiatives to standardize HR practice across hubs and subsidiaries.
  • •Develop OD frameworks, policies, and tools for enterprise-wide capability building, leadership/high-potential development, and long-term talent planning.
  • •Enhance and enforce HR policies and procedures across the group; advise line managers on HR policy matters.
  • •Introduce and support implementation/improvement of the Performance Management System (assessments, continuous feedback) and analyze performance-related data for consistency.
  • •Support job creation/evaluation, organizational structure design and related change; maintain the job description library and partner on career path mapping and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR or Human Sciences/Management (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
  • •4+ years’ experience as an organizational development specialist handling similar responsibilities (preferably in aviation or hospitality) and overall 8+ years in Human Resources.
  • •Experience implementing performance management across levels and functions and analyzing performance-related data.
  • •In-depth experience in HR functions and their corresponding processes.
  • •MBA or CIPD (or similar HR professional qualifications/certificates) is an advantage.
