Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients with exceptional service and support sales and service activities.
  • •Process routine transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments) and balance a cash drawer.
  • •Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools.
  • •Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services.
