Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous performance improvement by analysing operational outputs, performance data, and stakeholder feedback across active frameworks.
  • •Coordinate governance activities for live framework agreements, including meeting minutes, document control, and effective monitoring.
  • •Develop and maintain reporting systems for costs, budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics, and present management reports.
  • •Identify, investigate, resolve, and escalate contractual issues to ensure timely outcomes, and manage contractual relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • •Review and evaluate framework agreements, including risk allocation, and represent SP Energy Networks at internal and external meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project and contract management skills, including framework contract knowledge and procurement tender/tender documentation processes.
  • •Strong understanding of standard terms and conditions applicable to framework contracts, and how risk is allocated between SP Energy Networks and contractors.
  • •Strong PowerBI understanding and capability to analyse framework utilisation and performance data for reporting.
  • •Computer literacy including SAP and PowerBI, plus professional qualification or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven negotiation skills and ability to communicate and present information effectively at all levels.
