Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the global monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure accurate, timely financial statements across all entities and currencies.
  • •Own technical accounting research and application for complex areas, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 842 leases, stock-based compensation, business combinations, and foreign currency translation.
  • •Manage and develop an accounting team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
  • •Oversee consolidation of international subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations, transfer pricing coordination, and multi-currency reporting.
  • •Serve as key point of contact for external audits and partner with FP&A to align actuals, forecasts, and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and industry experience; SaaS/software experience preferred.
  • •Experience in a multi-entity, international organization with multi-currency consolidation and foreign subsidiary reporting.
  • •Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP with hands-on application of ASC 606 and other complex technical accounting standards.
  • •Proven people-management experience building and developing high-performing accounting teams.
