Job Summary

Design and build LLM-powered autonomous agents and agentic workflows that accelerate the engineering lifecycle for Aura. Own AI features end-to-end—from prototype through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous iteration—while scaling AI operations to reduce downtime and developer overhead. Build full-stack AI platforms, evaluation pipelines, and observability tooling to improve quality, cost, latency, reliability, and failure handling. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product, and Engineering teams to ship high-impact use cases.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop autonomous agents that accelerate Aura’s engineering lifecycle from AI-powered grooming to coding, testing, and production shipping.
•Contribute to evolving AI capabilities by building full-stack products and platforms used for engineering decision-making.
•Build and scale AI-driven tooling to reduce production downtime and lower developer overhead during incident research and response.
•Own AI feature lifecycle from prototype to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous iteration.
•Create evaluation pipelines, observability tooling, and feedback loops to measure and improve AI system quality in production.

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a Software Engineer, including 1–2 years building and shipping AI/LLM-powered systems to production.
•Strong backend engineering fundamentals including APIs, testing, and clean architecture.
•Hands-on experience designing and building LLM-powered agents using agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Claude/OpenAI Agents SDK), including experience building MCP servers.
•Proven ability to deploy agentic applications to production while managing latency, cost, reliability, and failure modes.
•Experience building evaluation frameworks and LLM observability tooling (e.g., Langfuse or similar).
