Key Responsibilities

•Lead and implement the global Asset Management strategy and maintenance policies across sites.
•Lead the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program to maximize equipment uptime and optimize costs; conduct RCM assessments for critical equipment.
•Develop and manage the annual maintenance budgeting process and revise KPIs to support routine setting; review capital project analyses for asset replacement.
•Identify and develop new digital solutions to support CMMS transactions across all sites.
•Coach field teams, conduct workshops, and provide technical support for large-scale emergency failures; collaborate with cross-functional global teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Operations Management.
•8+ years in manufacturing operations with a proven track record of scaling global maintenance and reliability programs.
•Asset Management Mastery: Advanced knowledge of ISO 55000 standards and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
•CMPR / CRL Certification
•Technical Systems: User level in SAP CMMS/PM (Project Management & Maintenance modules).
