Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the global Asset Management strategy and maintain maintenance policies aligned to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and implement new maintenance policies for MRO, asset management, and PM transactions to address emerging challenges.
  • •Lead the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program, including RCM assessments for critical assets and development of RCM-based maintenance plans.
  • •Drive the annual maintenance budgeting process and revise KPIs and targets for routine setting.
  • •Identify and develop digital solutions for CMMS transactions across sites and provide technical support for large-scale emergency failures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Operations Management.
  • •8+ years in manufacturing operations with a proven track record scaling global maintenance and reliability programs.
  • •Advanced knowledge of ISO 55000 standards and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
  • •CMPR / CRL certification.
  • •User level in SAP CMMS/PM (Project Management & Maintenance modules) and experience with Opex/Capex budgeting and life cycle cost analysis.
