Drive cross-functional impact, establish KPIs, and grow the analytics function from a small team to support 8+ engineering squads globally, enabling faster regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the strategy for the Regional Platform squad in partnership with cross-functional leads (Product, Engineering, Design) and translate opportunities into actionable roadmaps.
•Establish clear goals, KPIs, and narratives to communicate progress, synthesizing data from multiple teams for a holistic view.
•Lead and develop a team of analysts, focusing on coaching, performance feedback, capacity planning, and increasing impact through automation.
•Own and unblock complex cross-team projects to support critical product decisions, including data infrastructure for payments and region-specific analytics initiatives.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design to drive faster regional expansion and optimize operational metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 135,000 - 190,000 annually
