Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute daily TMP operations while supporting 100% mission readiness standards.
  • •Coordinate driver schedules, manage fleet movements, and maintain complete, accurate dispatches per policy and regulatory requirements.
  • •Track on-time performance, no-shows, delays, and service recovery; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • •Maintain delivery and movement schedules, adjust plans for changes and emergent tasks, and keep movement records and incident reports.
  • •Support vehicle safety inspections, bus cleanliness standards, preventive maintenance coordination, and monitor fuel usage while ensuring DoD and environmental compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination, vehicle dispatching, or transportation operations.
  • •Working knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, fuel handling, safety regulations, and record-keeping systems.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain and maintain a CAC; must have a REAL ID-compliant, state-issued driver’s license.
