Serve as the senior finance leader and strategic business partner for Bose’s Audio Technology business unit, acting as a CFO-level leader to shape strategy, operating priorities, investments, and growth plans. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary finance partner to the Audio Tech business unit leader, shaping strategy, operating priorities, investment choices, and growth plans.
•Translate business strategy into financial plans, operating models, KPIs, and decision frameworks; provide CFO-level insight on growth, profitability, and capital allocation.
•Own the financial planning cadence (annual operating plan, long-range plan, rolling forecasts, monthly business reviews) and run scenario planning for the BU.
•Develop financial models and performance dashboards connecting pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating expense, cash flow, and profitability.
•Build scalable commercial finance for software, licensing, platforms, partner and services revenue, including deal reviews and investment governance processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 181,900 - 250,150 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior FP&A, strategic finance, business unit finance, corporate finance, or CFO-equivalent responsibilities.
•Demonstrated experience scaling software, SaaS, platform, licensing, technology services, or high-growth digital businesses.
•Experience in a startup, venture-backed technology company, growth-stage business, or entrepreneurial business unit strongly preferred.
•Strong understanding of software and technology business models, including recurring revenue, licensing, usage-based revenue, partner economics, and operating leverage.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
