  • •Assist the Executive Chef of NAFS to lead culinary strategy and execution for the business.
  • •Drive culinary excellence by translating culinary trends and operator insights to win new customers.
  • •Collaborate with R&D and customers to develop recipes showcasing the NAFS portfolio and enable successful scale-up.
  • •Project manage and prioritize culinary/food initiatives with staff, including planning ideations and presentations.
  • •Serve as a culinary lead at product inspections and targeted industry conferences; build relationships with sales/marketing and key customers.
