Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with annual budgeting and standard cost setting, plus forecasting and reporting for income statement and balance sheet.
  • •Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company financial policies.
  • •Partner with functional leaders and project teams to support forecasts, reconciliations, pricing analysis, and revenue growth/investment decisions.
  • •Own monthly close activities including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, and perform revenue recognition and variance analysis.
  • •Produce timely, accurate financial reports and ad hoc analyses for results, budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking (P&L, cash flow, working capital, investments, ratios).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office; Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge preferred.
  • •Preferably strong Tableau, Dataiku, Epicor, Oracle, Oracle BI, and OneStream skills and experience.
  • •Strong analytical/modeling skills for forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI/ROIC/CROIC; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
