Assistant Store Manager, Carousel

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Carousel store as the brand ambassador, supporting the Store Manager to ensure commercial success. Coach and motivate the in-store team to hit targets, drive exemplary customer service, and maintain a strong retail floor presence. Own retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team rotas, security, and sales performance tracking, stepping in to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
