Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute functional and validation connector testing according to approved test requests and procedures.
  • •Build, maintain, and improve electrical test setups, fixtures, test harnesses, and test benches for connector and voltage-drop testing.
  • •Safely operate electrical and environmental test equipment, including high-voltage equipment, during test setup, execution, and teardown.
  • •Collect, analyze, and summarize test data; prepare clear test reports and maintain accurate records for engineering review and audit readiness.
  • •Support troubleshooting, failure investigation, and root-cause analysis with engineering teams while maintaining 5S and calibration/inventory records and following ESD and lab safety practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline with relevant experience in electrical product testing or validation.
  • •Hands-on experience with electrical test instruments and developing/setting up electrical test systems.
  • •Experience performing functional, electrical validation, environmental, and mechanical testing.
  • •Experience with harness preparation, crimping, wiring, connector assembly, and soldering/desoldering.
  • •Ability to operate high-voltage power supplies, multimeters, clamp meters, micro-ohm meters, Hi-Pot testers, insulation resistance testers, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and climatic chambers.
