Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and integrate AI tools and agents to support analytics and execution planning, including early issue/outage detection.
  • •Develop visual standards and workflows for work boards, JIRA queuing, Power BI dashboards, and plant operations processes.
  • •Define and build plant-level metrics and dashboards to quantify operational health (e.g., gas vs MW, demand vs generation, maintenance forecasts, air permit hours).
  • •Support the site director with data insights for plant operations, outage planning, and continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct operations audits and analyses to streamline operations, enhance maintenance programs, and reduce risk and wasted effort through automation and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, management information systems, computer science, or economics.
  • •2+ years of experience in an operations, data analytics, consulting, production coordination, scheduling, or planning role.
  • •Ability to conduct in-depth analyses using SQL queries and data analysis methods to identify trends for decision-making.
  • •Experience using Excel, VBA, SQL, or Python/R for analysis or modeling dynamic systems.
  • •Experience creating and managing dashboards using Power BI.
