Job Summary

Center on customer adoption and services delivery for Wiz’s Advanced Services. Lead delivery of customer projects within the Advanced Services portfolio, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Services PMO, Enablement, and Partner Alliances to accelerate deployment, ensure successful outcomes, and continuously improve service offerings. Requires English and fluent Japanese, reporting to a geo Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as designated technical expert for delivery of Wiz’s services portfolio and ensure successful implementation of customer projects
•Advise customers on cloud security best practices and how to secure their cloud deployments, acting as trusted advisor for clients
•Lead delivery activities across cross-functional teams, coordinating with Sales, CS, PMO, Enablement, and Partner Alliances to accelerate service delivery
•Provide overviews of Wiz integration across a customer’s security architecture and map project outcomes to customer requirements
•Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex deployments, migrations, and integrations within a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

•5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role
•Hands-on experience with cloud security design and deployment (CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP)
•Experience with cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
•Scripting and automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation)
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japanese, with ability to manage client expectations and deliver complex projects
