Job Summary

Lead deployment and integration of Connected Warfare software suites in the Netherlands, configuring Lattice OS and enabling command-center readiness for Dutch defense and national security customers. Design and deliver hands-on operator training for C2 workflows and AI-powered interfaces. Serve as the technical bridge between field operators and global engineering teams by translating workflow challenges and software issues into actionable engineering feedback, while driving account success locally and coordinating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical configuration, deployment, and integration of Lattice OS and Connected Warfare software suites within Dutch defense ecosystems and command centers.
•Design and deliver hands-on training so operators can exploit C2 systems and AI-powered interfaces.
•Work with operators to understand workflow challenges and translate operational requirements and software bugs back to UK/Europe/global engineering teams.
•Build trust-based relationships with Dutch military officers, technical stakeholders, and end-users to drive adoption and uncover future mission needs.
•Collaborate with Europe program management and global engineering/legal teams to support seamless project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Experience in field operations, systems engineering, technical deployment, defense technology, tactical communications, or technical customer success roles.
•Strong software and systems literacy, including configuring software, troubleshooting systems, and understanding IP networking, APIs, and data integration.
•Ability to build rapport with both tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders through strong communication.
•Based in the Netherlands (or willing to relocate) with a passport/visa status that allows for rapid travel across Europe and to the UK.
•Fluency in written and spoken English, with ability to obtain and maintain a Dutch and/or NATO Secret security clearance.
