Key Responsibilities

  • •Join a specialist team focused on a product area while gaining exposure across other parts of the business.
  • •Assist core teams (Sales, Product Management, Client Management, Business Management, Chief Control Office) to solve real client problems.
  • •Support matching financial products to clients, including payments tools, cards, and liquidity solutions.
  • •Help ensure services meet international compliance requirements and local regulations.
  • •Contribute to internal work such as dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and client-facing materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time for 8 weeks commencing July 2027.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Expected to graduate between September 2027 and July 2028.
  • •Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
