Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety by enforcing EHS policies/procedures, ensuring required safety training, and leading or participating in incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • •Provide shift leadership by motivating team members to meet and exceed facility goals for safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory control.
  • •Initiate and support operational improvements to boost employee engagement, improve quality, minimize scrap, and increase productivity.
  • •Ensure execution of standard operating procedures, standard work, quality standards, cycle counts, and safety/housekeeping audits; troubleshoot process equipment and product performance.
  • •Oversee daily team activities including coaching and corrective action processes; conduct performance reviews and lead ELS continuous improvement and Kaizen events.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership, process improvement, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, support, and develop a diverse team.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing operations systems, processes, and technology; ability to achieve operational results through delegation and teamwork.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, implement solutions, and prevent recurring problems.
