Key Responsibilities

•Build and own a proactive pipeline of ex-front-office finance professionals (banking, PE, hedge funds, trading, corporate finance).
•Partner with leadership on role design, talent profiles, and hiring priorities.
•Lead end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
•Create disciplined, data-driven recruitment processes that support fairness, transparency, and quality.
•Use ATS, sourcing tools, and analytics to identify pipeline gaps and optimize recruiting workflows.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in finance, front-office, or similar elite talent.
•Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive markets.
