Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive blood and body fluid samples and start pre-analytical sample processing at lab reception.
  • •Perform daily equipment checks and run all analytical processes on hematology, biochemistry, serology, and hormone lab machines.
  • •Run daily quality control tests on regents and analyze blood cells using microscopic counting and identification.
  • •Perform microscopic preparation and examination of urine and stools.
  • •Maintain inventory for laboratory supplies, inform medical staff of critical results, and prepare reports while following infection-control, hazardous waste, and confidentiality procedures.
