Job Summary

Serve as the primary wealth strategy expert for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, partnering with Wealth Management Advisors and the Private Bank to drive discovery, build integrated strategies, and support implementation. Lead complex planning across estate, income tax, gift and estate tax, investment, risk, insurance, and cash flow, including research, modeling review, and client deliverables. Provide mentorship and support business development through referrals and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Wealth Management Advisors and Private Bank teams to acquire and retain high-value client relationships through comprehensive wealth strategies and client meetings.
•Conduct client discovery and analysis of net worth, cash flow, ownership structures, estate plans, and charitable goals.
•Lead development of customized wealth strategies across estate, income tax, gift and estate tax, investment, risk, insurance, and cash flow planning.
•Identify planning opportunities, research complex strategies, and review financial modeling to assess outcomes.
•Coordinate client deliverables and oversee/support analysts and junior strategists, including presenting recommendations and supporting strategy implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•10+ years of experience in financial, estate, or wealth planning within a professional services or wealth management environment.
•Advanced knowledge across cash flow, income tax, gift and estate tax, investment, insurance, retirement, estate, and charitable planning.
•Strong consultative communication and presentation skills for client advisory.
•Experience supporting client acquisition and growth initiatives.
