Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct electrical testing per UL, CSA, IEC, and NEMA standards in low- and high-power lab facilities.
  • •Ensure compliance with Eaton safety policies and electrical safety regulations during testing.
  • •Set up and verify complex test configurations and coordinate lab scheduling, technician tasks, and equipment calibrations.
  • •Maintain and organize test samples and documentation, preparing and processing detailed test reports.
  • •Support lab upgrades, repairs, 5S activities, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
  • •Previous technical experience, including internship/co-op, in a professional environment.
  • •Ensure electrical testing is performed safely and in compliance with Eaton safety policies and electrical safety regulations.
  • •Experience with electrical test lab work (preferred: minimum 3 years).
  • •Experience with test documentation and analysis using a computer (preferred), including using measurement equipment.
