Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across multiple squads and surfaces.
  • •Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap in partnership with the VP of Product and product leadership, translating company goals into sequenced bets.
  • •Engage enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs, validate problem-solution fit, and champion the customer voice.
  • •Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, and bring fluency in LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data to execution.
  • •Define success metrics, use data and qualitative signals to evaluate impact and course-correct, and mentor/coaching other PMs to raise product craft across the org.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience owning and shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments.
  • •Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and influencing outcomes beyond your immediate team.
  • •Strong customer obsession with the ability to synthesize signals and design around real workflows and pain points.
  • •Technical credibility to engage with engineers and researchers on system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture.
