Job Summary

Own the Retail product vision and multi-year roadmap for Clover’s Retail vertical, serving hundreds of thousands of SMBs. Lead end-to-end product management across POS software and hardware, payments, inventory, loyalty, omni-channel commerce, and reporting. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Customer Success to deliver cloud-based, AI-enabled retail solutions, drive integrations across the Merchant Solutions ecosystem, and improve revenue growth, adoption, retention, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the long-term product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Retail business.
•Own the Retail product portfolio across POS software/hardware, payments, inventory, omni-channel commerce, loyalty, and reporting.
•Lead end-to-end product management from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
•Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver modern, cloud-based, AI-enabled retail solutions and ensure platform scalability.
•Lead and develop Product Managers while driving cross-functional alignment to deliver differentiated commerce solutions and improve business performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years in Product Management.
•Experience building retail commerce or POS platforms.
•Deep knowledge of retail operations, payments, inventory management, omni-channel commerce, and SaaS.
•Demonstrated ownership of large product portfolios with P&L responsibility.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex matrix organizations.
