Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish long- and short-range objectives and strategies for the global wastewater program aligned to regulatory trends, business priorities, and sustainability goals.
  • •Collaborate with global and site EHS teams on permit reviews, regulatory comment responses, and external stakeholder engagement to maintain compliance.
  • •Lead global program planning, governance, coordination, integration, and delivery of complex, interdependent wastewater technology projects.
  • •Develop scalable wastewater programs, sub-programs, and projects adaptable to site needs; recommend policies, procedures, and methodologies to support environmental goals.
  • •Conduct technical studies (e.g., pollutants, treatment options, technology readiness) and provide tactical troubleshooting and technical support, including water quality modeling as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus at least 5 years of progressive experience, or a Master’s plus 3 years in the job or engineering-related occupation.
  • •Experience developing strategies to meet environmental requirements (regulatory, customer, investor, signed contracts, or voluntary).
  • •Semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Ability to identify and address risks, including leading program strategy and revisions based on emerging risks and regulatory changes.
  • •Proficiency in technical analysis and communication, including data analysis/statistical skills, technical writing, data visualization, and automation.
