Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
  • •Design solution plans and translate business needs into tailored solution designs using the platform.
  • •Lead integration and configuration work including APIs, SFTP, and automation tools.
  • •Deliver product demos, technical workshops, and executive briefings, and create solution documentation and playbooks.
  • •Troubleshoot advanced issues and partner with Product and Engineering teams; contribute to pre-sales scoping and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations end to end.
  • •Deep understanding of technical integrations, especially API and SFTP.
  • •Experience with solution design, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • •Strong consulting skills to advise stakeholders across seniority levels, including VP/SVP/C-suite.
