Job Summary

Lead a team of 8–12 engineers driving Field Agents and first-party AI Tooling adoption. Own engineering execution to increase Field Agent usage, AI token consumption, and Agent WAU, partnering with Product, Design, Data Science, and GTM to validate hypotheses and ship measurable growth experiences. Build experimentation and rollout rigor, improve trust via guardrails and transparency, and collaborate with Billing, Services, Sales, and Customer Success to unblock enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers working on Field Agent growth, AI tooling, and related adoption surfaces.
•Own engineering execution for initiatives that increase Field Agent usage, first-party AI token consumption, and Agent WAU.
•Partner with Product and Design to identify high-leverage growth opportunities, validate hypotheses, and ship Field Agent experiences.
•Drive experimentation and rollout culture including experiment architecture, metric instrumentation, and pre/post analysis.
•Provide technical guidance across full-stack product work, AI product surfaces, billing/credits integrations, and high-quality end-user experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 281,000 - 365,700
