Key Responsibilities

  • •Design targeted communication strategies for the agency distribution channel.
  • •Ensure coordinated, consistent communication in close collaboration with cross-channel stakeholders.
  • •Advise leaders and business leads on communication-related topics, including positioning for specific themes.
  • •Develop key messages and communication formats for different audience groups across sales and management.
  • •Maintain and further develop Agentsweb and take responsibility for newsletter formats.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent training in communication, marketing, media, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in strategic and operational communication and/or marketing, ideally in sales, finance, or insurance.
  • •Willingness to take responsibility, set priorities, reflect on performance, and continuously develop in line with company values.
  • •Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of collaborating in a team.
  • •Fluent communication skills in German; additional languages such as French and Italian are an advantage.
