Job Summary

Maintain and repair facility and production equipment at a Tyson Foods plant, ensuring safe operations while following Tyson policies and procedures. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and support continuous improvement with Maintenance Supervisors and Planners. Use CMMS to plan and execute maintenance activities, troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and electrical/mechanical equipment, and handle tasks including fabrication and welding when needed.

•Safely perform maintenance tasks following Tyson safety procedures including LOTO, arc-flash, hot work permit, and confined space entry.

Key Requirements

•2 years of industrial maintenance experience with a focus on electrical and motors, or graduation from an Industrial Maintenance program or related discipline.

•Working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for maintenance activity execution and follow-up.
•Ability to work safely following procedures such as lock-out tag-out (LOTO), arc-flash, hot work permits, and confined space entry.
•Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and willingness to work off shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
