Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into scalable AI-powered automation. You’ll create assistants, agents, and workflow automations across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, and internal tools. Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases—while designing evaluation, monitoring, and safe fallback flows for reliable production use.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to convert manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Develop integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgement on when AI helps versus when rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
