Serve as the hotel’s primary ambassador by welcoming, meeting, and bidding farewell to guests—especially VIPs—while representing the hotel’s philosophy and providing high-quality guest communication. Use strong knowledge of the property and local area to assist visitors with directions, promotions, and information. Gather and share VIP stay feedback with internal teams, handle complaints and requests, and coordinate tailored itineraries in collaboration with the FOM and GM.
